Here at Canine Design Academy of Dog Grooming, we offer all our students the unique opportunity of undertaking a training day with Colin Taylor, Pooch Perfect judge and multi award winning groomer.

About Colin

Specialising in breed profile trimming and hand-scissoring, Colin has won titles at Intergroom International Groomer of the Year, World Cup Grooming Games, Best in Show and Best All Around Groomer at every major contest in the United States and is a multiple year member of GroomTeam USA. He is frequently seen on the cover of Groomer to Groomer magazine and makes appearances on television.

Colin is passionate about education and passing on his amazing skills to others. You will concentrate on scissor skills and achieving a high-quality trim under his watchful eye.

This is a fantastic opportunity for any groomer to reach a higher skill level.

Course Information

Colin will be running a class at our salon on the last Thursday of every month at a cost of £250 per person. These tutorials are separate from our own courses and are payable direct to Colin Taylor.

A maximum of 3 placements are available and students are expected to bring their own dog to style. Should this be an issue, please get in touch with us prior to your lesson and we may be able to arrange a dog for you.
